• Our ISO 9001 certification is both an endorsement of our superior quality assurance systems as well as a tool to ensure continued improvement in this critical area to ensure that our customer's products perform as desired. 
• All product produced at TSI receives pre-process, in-process and final inspection. Pre-production sampling and testing is a requirement for all products prior to moving to the production phase. Our quality control technicians are familiar with ASTM, FDA and EN71 standards as they relate to products we manufacture. Because the government standards vary through product categories we rely on our customers to assist us in identifying the appropriate category for their specific products. Frequently, our customers utilize either their own in-house testing department or an independent testing service such as ITS to verify that our products have met our customer's specifications. We welcome this procedure because it provides on-going checks and balances to assure accuracy in our testing facilities and our ability to meet required government standards. 
• Our Quality Assurance Team consists of one QA Manager, 3 Assistants and 10 Inspectors. Each team member is thoroughly trained in the procedures necessary to assure implementation of our QA Program.
